What is the conscious mind?
The conscious mind is the part of your mind that is responsible for logic and reasoning. When I ask you about the sum of three and four, it’s your conscious mind that you use to get the addition done. When you decide to take any voluntary action like moving your hand or leg, it is done by the conscious mind. So, whenever you are aware of the thing you’re doing or want to do, it’s done with your conscious mind; whenever there’s logic or reasoning to be done, you use your conscious mind.
What is the subconscious mind?
The subconscious mind is the part of your mind responsible for all of your involuntary actions like emotions, your heart beat or your breathing rate. Your subconscious mind is also the storage room of all your beliefs and memories. That’s why changing beliefs and unwanted emotions or negative thinking can be done through hypnosis; sending suggestions to the subconscious mind.

Earl Nightingale said: “Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality”.
Does it sound familiar? The Laws of Attraction basically tell you that. What you send out is what you get back.
Deepak Chopra said: “Every thought you are thinking creates a wave in the unified field. It ripples through all the layers of intellect, mind, senses, and matter, spreading out in wider and wider circles. You are like a light radiating not photons but consciousness. As they radiate, your thoughts have an effect on everything”
When things are not going good for us, people is loosing their jobs, their houses, they lost their love ones, cannot get the job they want, or they found a job, but cannot make it to generate a solid income, etc. we are generating and sending out negative energy (and we may not even be aware of it.) and what we are getting back the same negative energy. If we think we are not happy, or we are poor, or we are unsuccessful, we will receive the same.
How can we generate positive energy under these circumstances? How can we change what is in our subconscious?
Well, Sonia Ricotti, President of Lead Out Loud said in an interview the following: “Be Focus on your thoughts, what are you thinking at any given moment just by becoming aware of what you are thinking and instead of focusing on the negative of all the horrible things, that are happening right now in your life, focus on the positive. Focus on what you want to happen. Understand that whatever is happening will help you grow, and will help you learn, and something good will come out of it down the road. Focus on the present right at this moment, right this second.
Anytime you are not feeling good and you are thinking on all the things going on and things you have to do and what your boss said or whatever happened, just get very present in the present”
You would need to change your believes that are in your subconscious by sending positive messages, over and over and over until it becomes a reality or these messages can work on autopilot. You can help yourself by posting positive messages in areas where you can visualize it every day. Post messages to yourself on your refrigerator door, on your bathroom mirror, inside your car, by your desk, on your computer, any place you can see it and read it. The subconscious mind works by repetition and not by logic.

< Our actions dictate the results and the results influence or reinforce our believe. If we do not believe we can accomplish something, even though we have the potential to do it, we will not apply it therefore our actions will not be appropriate and we will get poor results. These poor results will reinforced our initial believes that “we cannot do it” or “we are not good enough” (it works in a cycle) by changing our subconscious with positive thinking we will change the results.
I am meditating 20 minutes twice a day and changing my believes by reprogramming my subconscious. My good thoughts are not quite working on autopilot yet, but I notice the change. My ultimate goal is to reach happiness within myself first then everything else will come to place on its own. These are the laws of attraction. What you send out is what you get.
